Bain Capital has successfully completed fundraising for its latest Global Special Situations Fund, raising a total of $9 billion across its second vintage of funds. This includes $5.7 billion in commitments for Global Special Situations Fund II, which encompasses co-investments and separately managed accounts, alongside $3.3 billion secured through Bain Capital’s previously closed Special Situations Asia and Europe regional funds. This achievement cements Bain Capital’s position as one of the world’s largest special situations investors.
