ESG-centric assets under management that are domiciled in Europe will increase to between €7.4 trillion and €9 trillion by 2025, a study published by PwC Luxembourg has forecast.

Takeaway:

ESG funds will constitute about 46% to 56% of the total AuM across European mutual funds, up from 37% at the end of 2021, the research estimates, adding that 66% of the continent’s institutional investors intend to abandon non-ESG funds completely.
